Receive the Insurance Institute’s Warm New Year 2021 Greetings and our sincere gratitude for your continued support for the Insurance Institute of Kenya. As a way of appreciating your support, IIK has organized a free Webinar for Insurance HR Professionals as well as Heads of Departments and Line Managers who deal directly with employees in their line of work.
We are aware of the 2020 challenges brought about by social distance requirements to avoid the spread of Covid-19, thereby forcing most companies to allow their members of staff to work remotely. In respect of the foregoing, IIK felt that a forum which would address the challenges of working remotely and the question of Performance while providing an opportunity for sharing experiences would add value to those who deal with employees in your company.
The topic of discussion will be “Can Employees Record High Performance during Remote Working Seasons?” It will take place on Tuesday, 19th January 2021 from 10.00 am to 12.30 pm and the Guest Speaker will be Mr. Odhiambo Ooko, a HR Expert who has practical experience on remote working matters.
